Here\u2019s how we make it easy for people to get around and use our building:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting In and Around<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Step-Free Access:<\/strong>\u00a0There are no steps at our entrance, so it\u2019s easy for wheelchairs, walking aids, or prams to get in.<\/li><li><strong>Accessible Parking:<\/strong>\u00a0We have special parking spaces close to the door for people who need extra help.<\/li><li><strong>Automatic Doors:<\/strong>\u00a0Our doors open by themselves, so you don\u2019t have to push or pull them.<\/li><li><strong>Wide Spaces:<\/strong>\u00a0The hallways and doorways are wide, making it simple to move around in a wheelchair or with a walking aid.<\/li><li><strong>Handrails: <\/strong>Corridors and stairs have handrails<\/li><li><strong>Accessible Toilets:<\/strong>\u00a0There\u2019s a large toilet with grab rails and an emergency cord to make it safer and easier to use.<\/li><li><strong>A Quiet space: <\/strong>Somewhere peaceful to wait for your appointment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communication<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Hearing Loop:<\/strong>&nbsp;If you use a hearing aid, we have a system to make it easier for you to hear at reception.<\/li><li><strong>Clear Signs:<\/strong>&nbsp;Signs around the building show where to go, and they\u2019re easy to read.<\/li><li><strong>Assistance Animals:<\/strong>&nbsp;Service dogs are welcome. Let us know if you\u2019re bringing one.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Need Help?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need extra help when you visit, our staff are happy to assist.
